How long does registration take?

Although it can often take a few days, the typical processing time is 1–3 weeks, depending on the Brønnøysund Register Centre. We submit everything as soon as the capital is confirmed and the documents are signed.

Why do I need to become a customer of Folio?

Folio creates the account used to verify the share capital. You need such an account to incorporate an AS. The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Can I cancel the subscription with Sanna after the establishment?

Yes, there is no binding period.

Can I use the holding company for investments?

Yes, a holding company is designed to own shares, real estate, or other assets. We handle bookkeeping and reporting when you make changes.

Would this work if I’m going to run an active business?

No, if the company is going to invoice, handle payroll, or be VAT-registered, you need to use a different solution than this stapler.

What does it cost in total?
